Under the tab "Analytics" you have an overview of all your activities. You can see how many calories you burned, how often you exercised and how long your total training time is. You can also see how much weight you have lifted in total. With the help of the graphs you can see if you have trained constantly or if you have a decrease or an increase. You can also track you personal goals with specific measures, for example how much weight you have lost using the weight and body fat metrics.
