When you open the app for the first time, you'll be taken directly to onboarding, so that a schedule is created for you afterwards. If you would do the onboarding later, the newsfeed, the nutrition section and your workout plan would be empty - which makes only limited sense. That's why you should do the onboarding right at the beginning.
